What's included

• TopBio Lip — 45 capsules of 500 mg. With chromium, psyllium, turmeric, spirulina, and chlorella. Chromium contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
• Top Omega-3 — 60 capsules. EPA (350 mg) and DHA (250 mg) per capsule, with vitamin E. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart with a daily intake of 250 mg. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use

In the morning, after breakfast: 1 TopBio Lip capsule and 1 Top Omega-3 capsule.
In the mid-afternoon, after a meal: 1 TopBio Lip capsule.
At lunch or dinner: 1 Top Omega-3 capsule.
For the first 5 days, take only 1 TopBio Lip capsule per day.

Suitable for

Healthy adults looking to establish a balanced supplementation routine.

Not recommended for

Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, individuals under 18 years of age, people allergic to fish, shellfish, algae, or iodine, and people on anticoagulant therapy. In case of scheduled surgery, discontinue 7 to 10 days prior. In case of chronic medication or medical condition, consult your doctor before starting. Contains fish.
