How to use

Thermogenic: 1 capsule at 10 am for the first 5 days; then 1 at 10 am and another at 4 pm. One capsule 30 to 60 minutes before training can enhance disposition. Avoid within 6 hours before sleep.
Fenugreek: 2 capsules per day, with meals.
