What's included

• Top Woman 40+ — 60 capsules. With ashwagandha, saffron, black cohosh, valerian, magnesium, and vitamins D3 and K2. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system; vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
• TopBio Lip — 45 capsules. With chromium, psyllium, turmeric, spirulina, and chlorella. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

How to use

Top Woman 40+: 1 to 2 capsules daily, after a meal. For the first 3 days, take only 1 capsule at night to assess individual sensitivity to valerian.
TopBio Lip: 1 capsule at 10 AM for the first 5 days; then 1 at 10 AM and another at 4 PM.

Adult women, especially from 40 years old, who are looking to organize a supplementation routine.
