• TopBio Lip — 45 capsules. With chromium, psyllium, turmeric, spirulina, and chlorella. Chromium contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
• TopBio Fenugreek — 60 capsules. Trigonella foenum-graecum, a traditional botanical plant.

How to use

TopBio Lip: 1 capsule at 10 am for the first 5 days; then 1 at 10 am and another at 4 pm.
Fenugreek: 2 capsules per day, with meals.
