How to use

TopBio Lip: 1 capsule at 10 am for the first 5 days; from day 6, 1 at 10 am and another at 4 pm, always after a meal.
Fenugreek: 2 capsules per day, with meals.
Verisol®: 2 capsules per day, together or divided.
