What's included

• 2× TopBio Thermogenic — 45 capsules of 530 mg each. With L-carnitine, guarana, tryptophan, phenylalanine, and chromium. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Sugar-free, lactose-free, and gluten-free.

How to use

First 5 days: 1 capsule at 10 am.
From day 6 onwards: 1 capsule at 10 am and another at 4 pm.
One capsule 30 to 60 minutes before training can enhance mood. Avoid consumption within 6 hours before sleep.
