• TopBio Lip — 45 capsules. With chromium, psyllium, turmeric, spirulina and chlorella. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
• Magnetop — 60 capsules of 600 mg. Five forms of magnesium: bisglycinate, malate, threonate, taurate, and citrate. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and to normal muscle function.

How to use

TopBio Lip: 1 capsule at 10 am for the first 5 days; then 1 at 10 am and another at 4 pm.
Magnetop: 2 capsules per day, preferably at night, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
